Harry Potter is a young wizard attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He is best known for his survival of the Killing Curse and subsequent duels with Lord Voldemort. He is often headstrong and impetuous, but is fiercely loyal to his friends. He has a strong practical knowledge of combat magic, but is somewhat lacking in theoretical knowledge. Type: fictional wizard. Medium: novels and film. Alignment: Gryffindor.

Scrooge McDuck (10) DuckTales

Scrooge McDuck is the richest duck in the world. He keeps some of his wealth in his massive Money Bin in Duckburg, although he has remarked that this money is merely “petty cash.” His estimated worth has fluctuated over the years, but he currently sits on top of the Forbes Fictional 15 list at an estimated $28.8 billion. Though older, he is fanatically devoted to his money, and displays remarkable agility and strength when defending it. Type: fictional duck. Origin: Duckburg. Alignment: money.

It seems to me that spells can be dodged fairly easily in the Harry Potter world. Scrooge is pretty good at dodging, especially when he is jumping around on his cane. Dodge a few spells, then apply the death cane to the face.

We also need to remember that Scrooge has plenty of experience dueling powerful magical beings. He has to deal with Magica De Spell on a near-constant basis, and she's no slouch. She can teleport, transmute matter, fly, and transform herself into any animal she wishes, and that's before you factor in things like fireballs and the like. Scrooge always comes out on top there.

Plus, we need to remember that Harry Potter is LOADED. Not only will Scrooge be motivated to beat Harry so he can advance in the tournament, but he's also going to be looking for a way to get his hands on the Potter fortune. Nothing stands in the way of Scrooge getting his treasure.
