Not even a ninja can beat a ghost.

That may be so, but I don't think Theodore is competing. Skull man seems to be more of a robotic skeleton than a ghost.

Yeah, it's ninjas all the way here. Which sounds like a 00s version of Jingle Bells, to be honest.

Agreed about Skull Man - I don't see him as a ghost. And if anything were to crack through that shield, I'd have to go with Shadow Blades. Insanity blades!

Okay, so maybe he's more of a really fit, agile zombie. Using spiritual ghosts as shields. That's how hardcore this guy is! He's using other undead as his personal shield. And you have no hope of driving a zombie insane. And with his glowing shield, I'm betting that Shadow Man's ability to turn out the lights in a room would amount to nothing, since Skull Man has his own light source.

And, truth be told, the fact that Shadow Man is a robotic ninja probably puts him on a lower level than actual real ninjas.

Can robots be zombies? They aren't really "alive" to start with, are they?

And if we're not careful, this is going to quickly devolve into a zombies vs. pirates vs. ninjas argument.

But isn't that what Mega Man is all about? Fire Man v. Ice Man is really fire v. ice--that's what was described in the bracket intro. It's a sort of paper-rock-scissors deal.

True, but the problem with zombies vs. ninjas is that it's an unresolvable argument. Just ask the internet.

But if it's an argument between Skull Man and Shadow Man, then I have no problem resolving that. Insanity blades win.

And I think the guy that commands flaming skulls like they're his own personal creepy mafia has got this one in the bag. It's flipping Skull Man! Ninjas aren't that cool.

Mmm, I think you're giving Skull Man a little too much credit. Here's a more accurate picture:

Right back at ya:

Notice how Shadow Man looks like he might get beat up regularly for his lunch money. By his co-workers.

What about this one?

Apparently Skull Man is nothing more than a mere gingerbread man. Not so impressive now, is he?

Gingerbread Skull Man still looks like he could beat the ever-living tar out of Shadow Man.
Also, with a little bit of imagination, those white gingerbread arms and legs can take the shape of a pair of crossbones. Right below a skull. What does this teach us? Skull Man is both a zombie and a pirate. Poor little ninja Shadow Man doesn't stand a chance.

This is why I chose Shadow Man as my toc5 man, cause I knew he would win because he is pure awesome.

Since it seems like this match is all but sewn up at this point, I'd like to point out that Shadow Man has the second greatest background music in the series, behind only Metal Man. Skull Man is pretty high, too, but nowhere near Shadow Man.

Well, this will do nothing but good things for Shadow Man's potential seeding in ToC V.
